About Morarka Finance Ltd

Morarka Finance Limited (MFL) is a leading Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) from the Morarka Group. MFL has diversified traditional business activities to include portfolio management, securities and equity trading, corporate advisory services, and loan advancement. The company was originally incorporated in 1985 under the name “Morarka Holdings Limited” with an initial capital of Rs. 44 Lacs. The name changed later in 1993 to Morarka Finance Limited and the capital base was increased to Rs. 157 Lacs. MFL has also conducted business as a Category II Merchant Banker and as an Authorized Agent of the American Express Bank. In 1994, the company made an Initial Public Offering of Equity Shares and saw great success. MFL is led by Mr. G.R. Morarka and has acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in finance and trade. The organization continuously ensures compliance with respected regulatory and statutory bodies such as SEBI, The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and more. With access to the collective expertise of the parent group, MFL continues to be a strong competitor in the market due to its excellent tradition, transparency, and morality.
