About Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd

Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd. is a leader in the manufacturing field of modular steel buildings, with an enormous 200000 sq. m. annual capacity. The facility situated in India is the world’s largest steel modular manufacturing facility occupying a 40 acre site in MIDC Indapur Pune Dist., 250 km from Mumbai. The groundbreaking ‘Modulex technology’, which is franchised from Modulex Modular Buildings Plc. UK, enables delivery of design and manufacturing with high quality and carbon neutrality on fixed cost and time guarantee nearly in half the time as that of traditional construction. Modulex Modular Buildings Private Limited, the subsidiary company of Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd., had secured investment from large industrial and real estate companies as strategic partners who will be adopting the company’s technology and absorbing a significant portion of the factory’s output capacity. Along with a significant presence in India, Modulex also exports to the UK. In order to offer designing solutions and greater speed in delivery of their completed buildings, Modulex proposes to develop design templates for various sectors in real estate such as hotels, old age homes, hospitals, etc. Redribbon Modulex Buildings Limited, Mr. Suchit Punnose, and Redribbon Advisory Services Private Limited, have all been designated as the new promoters of the company, following their acquisition of Modulex Modular Buildings Private Limited.
