About Manjeera Constructions Ltd

Manjeera Constructions Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified real estate and hospitality construction company that was founded in 1987 as a private limited company, later converted to public on February 2 1995. They specialize in property development, construction activities, marketing and formation of housing cooperative societies. The company made their maiden public issue of 2,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, and successfully completed their rights issue in 2007. To expand their business, a subsidiary company called Manjeera Retail Holdings Pvt Ltd was formed. The company's equity shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange Ltd NSE since June 30, 2010. With a track record of success, Manjeera Constructions Ltd is now an established player in the real estate and construction market.
