About Mangalam Organics Ltd

Dujodwala Products Limited (DPL) was incorporated in 1981 and its current name was adopted in 1993. It was created by promoters Ramgopal M Dujodwala, Kamal Kumar R Dujodwala and Pankaj R Dujodwala and is managed by chairman Ramgopal Dujodwala and vice chairman Kamal R Dujodwala. DPL came out with an 8.7 crore public issue in 1994 to finance the manufactures of camphor and byproducts as well as meet working capital requirements. The total cost of the project was estimated to be 24.45 crore. They produce organic chemicals for various industries such as rubber, paper, paints, and adhesives. The company is also involved in other enterprises, such as resin and turpentine manufacturing, through their Khopoli, Maharashtra-based facilities.
