About Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited is an India-based company engaged in the manufacture and trading of chemicals dyes, dyes intermediates, cattle feed, fertilisers and soil conditioner. It is among the leading manufacturer of KAcid, a dye intermediate used to make reactive dyes for dying of textiles, and has a state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility. Initially formed under the name Shree Pushkar Petro Products, their name was changed to Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers in March 2012. In August 2015, they made an IPO for 10.77 million equity shares which was issued for Rs.65 each, and all proceeds were used to start up their NPK mixed fertilisers plant. In January & May 2016, the company commercialised their 3000 TPA reactive dyes plant & sulphate of potash (SOP) plant and during FY 2017, invested Rs.1 Lac in the wholly owned subsidiary, LCD Textile Solutions. They eventually sold their interest to other investors in the company.
