Mahesh Developers Limited was incorporated in 2008 as Mahesh Developers Private Limited and was converted to public limited corporation in 2017. Founded and managed by Shri Ratilal Patel Sapariya, Mahesh Group has been in the construction industry since 1970 and has built and undertaken over 125 buildings as contractor in prime areas of Khar Bandra BKC Santacruz Parle Juhu Scheme Andheri and Goregoan. Mahesh Developers received the 2nd Innovative Construction Material Awards 2016 for their lifetime achievement and outstanding contribution in the real estate industry.
