About M Lakhamsi Industries Ltd

Specular Marketing and Financing Limited, a Mumbai based multifaceted financial company, was incorporated in January 05 1985. On 25th August 2021, the Board of Directors decided to change the name of the company to M Lakhamsi Industries Limited to reflect the new objectives of the business. In 2021, the company entered into a Business Succession Agreement with the partnership firm of M/s M. Lakhamsi and Co. involving Mr. Sanjiv Mulchand Sawla and Mr. Mulchand Lakhamsi Sawla (Acquirers 1 and 2 respectively). An Open Offer was then made to acquire up to 220,480 Equity shares of the Company. As a result of this Acquisition, Promoters and Promoter Group of the Company were changed. The Board also approved the Issue of up to 600,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each (at a premium of Rs.90 fully paid up) on Preferential Allotment basis. To reflect the true nature of business, the Main Object Clause was also amended to include activities related to the export of sesame seeds, castor oil and seeds, peanuts, safflower seeds, niger seeds, spices, wheat flour, rice, oil cakes, meals, whole/ground spices, seeds, kernels, oil seeds, pulses etc.
