Confidence Finance Trading Ltd. was established in September 16th, 1980. The company is primarily involved in capital market operations, interests generated, and sales of goods. In 2013, the company declared an offering of 10 million equity shares at a value of Rs15/. The offering was to be given to strategic investors and resulted in various applications for the sale. Following this, the offering was withdrawn and the company revamped the applications money back to the various investors. This decision was made to maximize the current wealth of the organization while also following the laws of the capital market.
