About LKP Finance Ltd

LKP Merchant Financing (LKPMF) was established in May 1984 and became a public limited company in February 1986. It offers a wide range of financial services and it is a SEBI-authorised Category I Merchant Banker. In February 1994, the company raised Rs 28.33 crore from a rights issue of equity shares at premiums of Rs 25 to Rs 30. Its prestigious clients include MRF, HDFC, House of Tatas, Birlas, Godrej, and Finolex. In September 1995, LKPMF allocated 250000 cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each that aggregated Rs 25,00,00,000. Additionally, it is the proud recipient of ISO 9002 Certificate granted by KPMG Quality Registrar for its money changing operations in Bombay, New Delhi, Chennai, and Pune in September 1998. LKPMF is widely recognised as one of the top Money Changers in India.
