About Krypton Industries Ltd

Krypton Industries Ltd is an Indian based company in the business of manufacturing and selling Tubeless Tyres and other Footwear products in Falta Special Economic Zone and Banganagar, West Bengal. Established in April 6th 1990, Krypton Industries has subsidiaries such as Eco Wheels Pvt Ltd, Krypton Industries Suzhou Co Ltd and Krypton Developers Ltd. Krypton Industries entered into commercial production in February 1993 and launched its Maiden Public Issue in 1991. On June 24th 2002, Eco Wheels Pvt Ltd commenced production and in August 17th 2007, Krypton Industries Suzhou Company Ltd was founded in China. On November 29th 2010, the company approved the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Krypton Industries Suzhou Company Ltd, to a suitable buyer. Krypton Industries obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification for its manufacture and supply of polyurethane tyres and wheels for bicycles in July 15th 2009. To provide better quality and service to its customers, the company is in the process of debottlenecking certain capacities and investing in new capacities with minimum and capital expenditure.
