About Kotyark Industries Ltd

Kotyark Industries Limited was originally incorporated in December 2016 as Kotyark Industries Private Limited, under the provisions of Companies Act 2013. Later, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name changed from Kotyark Industries Private Limited, to Kotyark Industries Limited. The company owner, Mr. Gaurang Rameshchandra Shah, has been instrumental in the growth of the business and actively advises clients on finance, corporate strategy and planning. Kotyark Industries is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of BioFuel, which is used as an alternative for traditional sources of energy such as coal, firewood, lignite etc. This green energy helps in reducing greenhouse gases emissions. The company also holds a manufacturing plant in Rajasthan, where it produces BioFuels. It has obtained a Letter of Intent from Biofuel Authority Rural Development Panchayat Raj Department and permission from the Government of Rajasthan to set up 25 mobile retail outlets for BioFuel sale. It has approval from Bureau of Indian Standards to sale Biodiesel B100 for blending with high speed diesel to bulk consumers mentioned in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas’ notification dated August 10 2015. It has also received permission from Indian Oil Corporation for procuring Biodiesel for blending with HSD. Kotyark Industries is focused on developing new technologies and products via collaboration with suitable technology partners. Its well-diversified customer base consists of Oil Marketing Companies, transport contractors, mining companies, bulk buyers. It plans to expand its presence PAN India and is continuously investing in its state-of-the art facility.
