About KN Agri Resources Ltd

KN Agri Resources Limited is an Indian agro-based company with a long and varied history. The company was incorporated as Itarsi Oils and Flour Private Limited in 1987, and its name has changed several times since then, culminating with KN Agri Resources Limited in 2021. Special resolutions passed by the shareholders at several Extraordinary General Meetings have enabled name and legal form changes. The current promoters of the company are Mr. Vijay Shrishrimal, Mr. Sanjay Shrishrimal, and Mr. Dhirendra Shrishrimal, who have extensive experience in the soya bean and agricommodities industry. The products KN Agri Resources manufactures and trades in include soya deoiled cake, soya meal Hipro Soya Meal, soya refined oil, soya crude oil, degummed oil, soya lecithin, acid oil, soya husk, cotton seed oil, refined rapeseed oil, rapeseed deoiled cake, maize, gram pulses sugar soyabean, wheat and more. KN Agri Resources has three strategically located plants in the state of Madhya Pradesh – comprising of three solvent extraction plants, two oil refineries and one flour mill, with a cumulative solvent extraction capacity of 375000 TPA, edible oil refining capacity of 60000 TPA and flour milling capacity of 24000 TPA. The company drafts power from four wind energy power plants across the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, and exports products to countries such as Netherlands, Singapore, Bangladesh and Nepal. Over the years the company has won several awards, most recently the Second Highest Processor Award for F.Y. 2017-18 from the Solvent Extractors Association of India (SOPA). It also holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certificate as well as a Halal India Certificate certifying its products are in accordance with Shariah Islamic Board Guidelines. The company has come a long way since its inception, having crossed a revenue milestone of Rs. 1000 crores in 2018-19.
