About KJMC Financial Services Ltd

KJMC Financial Services Pvt Ltd (formerly Khandelwal Jain Management Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd) was established in June 1988 and converted into a public limited company on 28 October 1994. The area of business includes merchant banking, loan syndication, bill discounting, leasing, hire-purchase and forex services. It has formed alliances with Himachal Futuristic Communications, Nandini Syntex, Microtex Yarns, Essar Videocon and Mahindra & Mahindra. In 1995-96, the company sponsored eight companies under the banner of KJMC and added foreign exchange services, property development and other services to its operations. It has also created an infrastructure to set up a mutual fund and is planning to set up a private sector bank. Additionally, it is marketing various financial products of ICICI such as personal loans and credit cards.
