About KCL Infra Projects Ltd

Kadamb Constructions, a public limited company incorporated in Jul. 95, is engaged in the business of constructing residential apartments, primarily catering to the middle and lower income groups in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It has taken up a project at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur but had to stop construction activities temporarily over a lawsuit against such activities and a stay order been received from the lower court. After filing an appeal against the stay order, a decision is awaited from the court. In 1997, the project was still under construction and the company is in the process of getting a mini township project approved by the Jaipur Development Authority. In Feb’96, the company made a public offer of 3,050,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to finance its project and received Rs 305 lakh.
