About Kartik Investments Trust Ltd

Kartik Investments Trusts Ltd. is a public limited company registered in Chennai on 25 January 1978. It has an authorised share capital of Rs. 1 crore and a subscribed and paid-up share capital of Rs. 24.40 lakhs divided into 244000 equity shares of Rs.10/ each. The total investments as of 31 March 2019 include Rs. 20.27 crores in Equity Shares and Rs. 46 lakhs in bank fixed deposits. An opportunity was provided by M/s Chola Business Services Limited, a member of the promoter group, to acquire up to 61450 equity shares held by public shareholders (25.18% of the total equity share capital) through a voluntary delisting offer according to the guidelines of Chapter VII of Delisting Regulations. An exit price of Rs.72/ per equity share of face value Rs.10/ as per SEBI Delisting of Equity Shares Regulations 2009 was accepted by the company. Application was then submitted to BSE Ltd for voluntary delisting and it is pending approval.
