About Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited (formerly known as Jubilant LSI Limited) was incorporated on 23 October 2019 in Uttar Pradesh as a public limited company and is a part of the global Jubilant Bhartia Group. The Group has four companies listed on Indian Stock Exchanges and is a single point solution for the CDMO services for pharmaceutical and agrochemical companies, as well as a leading supplier of ethanol to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). The Company has five manufacturing facilities in India and specializes in the production of nutritional ingredients, specialty chemicals, nutrition and health solutions and life science chemicals. It caters to more than 1,400 customers in over 60 countries, making it a partner of choice for over 400 global customers. The Board of Directors of the Company approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement for the amalgamation of Jubilant Pharmova Limited (the Demerged Company) and the demerger of Life Science Ingredients into the Company, which became effective on 1 February 2021. Pursuant to the Composite Scheme, five subsidiary companies of Jubilant Pharmova Limited have become subsidiaries of Jubilant Ingrevia.
