About Integra Engineering India Ltd

Integra Engineering India Limited (formerly Schlafhorst Engineering India Ltd) was established in 1981 and commenced operations in 1987. It manufactures engineering solutions, mechanical components with wiring solutions, industrial enclosures for telecommunication, power and IT sector, and RDSO approved electromechanical products for Indian Railways. It has a collaboration with Schlafhorst (Germany), a subsidiary of the Switzerland-based Saurer group. Mafatlal Industries holds an 11% equity stake in the company. In 1999, Gujarat Textronics, the subsidiary of SEL, introduced Autoconer 238 which had a good market response. It then sold its Vadodara Plant for Rs. 165.2 million in 2006. A revival proposal was submitted to ICICI in 2000, and the Composite Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Limited and Integra Engineering India Limited became effective in 2012. Gorba Integra Systems Private Limited, a JV between Integra India Group Company Limited & Gorba AG (Switzerland) amalgamated with IEIL in 2013 and a settlement amount of Rs 20050 was received by IEIL out of court.
