It was initially incorporated as a Private Company in India in 2009 and was converted into a Public Company in 2022. Infollion assists its clients by connecting them with a precise and vetted subject matter experts, enables knowledge sharing sessions, provides flexi staffing solutions and flexible modes to hire top management talent. Currently, the Company is proposing an Initial Public Offer (IPO) of 2616000 Equity Shares, consisting of 2224000 Equity Shares through fresh issue and 392000 Equity Shares through Offer for Sale. The main objective of this IPO is to facilitate contingent hiring for top tier management and investment firms.
