Hindustan Udyog Limited was established on 3rd September 1947 as an Indian Company Act to create Alloy and Stainless Steel Castings with high quality standards for the engineering industry, such as turbines, metal shredding, heavy earth moving and mining equipment, pumps, heaters, valves and compressors. The two manufacturing units are located in Kolkata and Nagpur and in 2015, the Company issued a Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 49000000 to M/s. Sonal Impex Ltd in accordance with Section 186 of the Companies Act 2013.
