About Hampton Sky Realty Ltd

Ritesh Properties and Industries, a leader in garment exports, was incorporated in 1987. Over time, it diversified and ventured into real estate business. In 2021, the Company entered into a joint venture with Ansal Properties and Infrastructure API to develop a housing project and business park in Ludhiana, India, which was christened Hampton Court and featured 42 acres of land. As further expansion, the Company established Femella Fashions Private Limited in 2007 to venture in retailing of garments and accessories, and was also listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Mumbai in 2019. Furthermore, 3 Group Companies merged with Ritesh Properties and Industries in 2021 through a Scheme of Amalgamation with the appointed date set to 1st April 2018. Finally, to keep up the development trend, the Company launched a new commercial complex under the name Hampton Plaza in 202122.
