The company, which was established in 1991, started life as Lesha Energy Resources Limited and was subsequently renamed in 2010. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company holds a 30% stake in 6 oil and gas fields in the Cambay Basin. It also owns Heramec through its acquisition of Sigma Oil and Gas Pvt. Ltd, which holds assets in 6 production and 2 exploration stages in the Cambay basin.
