About Grovy India Ltd

Grovy India Limited was established in 1985 and is currently engaged in the business of property development and trading of shares, commodities, currencies and other financial instruments. The company changed its name from Grovy Exports and Marketing Limited to Grovy India Limited in 2016 and its shares were listed on BSE Limited in the same year. During 2017, the company opened an account with Ganesh Stockinvest Private Limited and Ganesh Commodities Private Limited for trading of shares etc. In 2018, it earned INR 62198166 from its trading business, then filed an application with BSE Ltd. for amalgamation of Ankur Buildtech Private Limited, Ganesh Contractors and Colonisers Private Limited and Ganesh Promoters Private Limited with Grovy India Limited. The Directors of the company approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of these entities in February 15 2018, and submitted an application before the Honble NCLT Principle Bench Delhi. The Issued Subscribed and Paid up Capital of the company in 2019 stands at 1400000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each amounting to INR 14000000.
