About Diksat Transworld Ltd

Diksat Transworld Limited is a media and entertainment company based in Chennai, India. It was incorporated in 1999 and is headed by Dr. T. Devanathan Yadav, who has over two decades of experience in various business sectors including media and entertainment. The company owns four satellite channels – Win TV Tamil, Win TV U.P, Cuisine TV and Aaseervatham TV – and publishes a daily newspaper called Tamil News. The company has recently entered the movie production sector with the launch of a new division, GR8 Talkies, and the release of their first Tamil movie. Diksat Transworld caters to a wide range of viewers such as corporate working individuals, housewives, children and the elderly. Their channels offer Social Awareness Programmes, News Broadcasts, Public Participation Programmes, film and nonfilm content, Education and Health Programmes and Culinary Shows, most of which are produced in-house or through co-producers.
