About Devine Impex Ltd

Classic Global Impex, a Ludhiana based public limited company, was incorporated in October 1995 by Nagesh Aggarwal and his associates. It works as a merchant exporter in different products which include food products, dyes and chemicals, gems and jewellery, leather goods, garments, engineering goods, handicrafts etc. Recently, the company made a public issue of 2,280,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, amounting to a total of Rs. 100 lac, and 170,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each amounting to a total of Rs. 17 lac provided to Onida Finance as the lead managers for the issue. Classic Global Impex works to provide a comprehensive range of product categories to customers.
