About Dev Labtech Venture Ltd

Dev Labtech Venture Limited is a company that specializes in manufacturing, marketing, and sourcing of diamonds for use in jewelry. It was originally incorporated on April 29 1993 as Gandhinagar Plastronics Private Limited but changed its name to Dev Labtech Venture Limited separation September 23 2022. The company has expertise in processing both natural diamonds and lab grown diamonds of various sizes, shapes, clarity and colors. It is currently planning to raise Rs 11.22 crores and issue 22 lakh equity shares to the public through a fresh issue. The company has also developed an in-house design team with expertise in Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapour Disposition (MPCVD) technology for pure and fast diamond deposition process. By utilizing the technology and computer software & laser technology, Dev Labtech Venture Limited is able to produce optimum output with minimal diamond wastage.
