About Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Ltd

Desh Rakshak Aushadalaya is a private limited company that has been manufacturing ayurvedic medicines since 1901 and producing ethical products for ayurvedic dispensaries until 1976. In 1977, the company participated in the Community Health Volunteer Scheme announced by the government and from 1986-1987 the company resumed production of ethical and patent ayurvedic medicines. In 1995-1996 the company upgraded the quality of its products and expanded the installed capacity of their products, including tablets (20.5 lac pa), liquid (41 lac bottles pa), pills (27.50 lac pa), awleha (280 tpa), kwath (40 tpa) and capsules (60 lac pa). This project was partially funded by a public issue in December 1995. Desh Rakshak Aushadalaya aims to offer quality ayurvedic medicines to the global market.
