About Colorchips New Media Ltd

Colorchips New Media Ltd. was incorporated in May 10 1985 and is engaged in the production of various forms of films, television shows and launching channels on new technologies. The company has been listed on the BSE Ltd. Exchange Platform with 81049500 equity shares of Re. 1/ each. The company had also allotted 4000000 equity share warrants at a premium of Rs. 62.32/ in 2016 which were converted into 4000000 equity shares of Re. 1/ each. During the year a subsidiary was incorporated, namely MIENT Hospitality LLC US, which had acquired 100 stake in Kirksville Hospitality INC USA and 20 stake in JK Hotels LLC an Indiana limited company USA. The company further altered its name to Colorchips New Media Limited on approval from shareholders, BSE Ltd. and the Registrar of Companies in 2018. The equity shares were consolidated from Re.1/ to Rs. 10/ subject to approval from shareholders and BSE Ltd. during the same year and the company acquired the entire business of Vega Music Private Limited to boost its existing business. By the end of the financial year 2017-2018, MIENT Hospitality LLC was dissolved.
