About Bhagawati Oxygen Ltd

Bhagawati Oxygen was incorporated in 1972 by R R Sharma S K Sharma and the late B P Bhardwaj. The company focuses on the manufacture of oxygen gas and its main supply partner is Hindustan Copper. The company operates two plants, one at Ghatsila in Bihar with a capacity of 25 tpd and another at Ballabhgarh in Haryana with a capacity of 140 cmtrph. The latter had to be temporarily shut down in 199394 due to reaching economic life after 15 years in service. Additionally, the company experienced a dip in performance in 199596, as Hindustan Copper remained shut down between October 1995 and November 1995.
