About Agribio Spirits Ltd

Beekay Niryat Ltd is an international Trading Company, established in June 1975, which trades in investments, jute products and loan syndication. On 12th January 2016, the company's Securities were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and upon 26th September 2016, the voluntary delisting of the Company's shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange was approved. The financial year 2018-19 saw the Company allocating a bonus of 1:1 (one equity share for each existing equity share) to their public category shareholders, totalling 1,114,237 in the amount of fully paid up shares. This followed a resolution passed by shareholders on September 28 2018. Beekay Niryat Ltd. now only remains listed on BSE Ltd.
