About AVI Products India Ltd

AVI Products India Ltd was incorporated in 1989 and is a trading business specializing in specialty chemicals and ecommerce. The company's share capital had been reduced from ₹34.8 crores divided into 3.48 million equity shares of ₹10 each, to ₹10.4 crores divided into 1.04 million equity shares of ₹10 each. This was approved by the Honorable High Court in Mumbai in 2015. In 2017, the company’s application with the National Company Law Board to compound a delay in filing returns under sections 159 and 220 of the Companies Act 1956 was also approved. AVI Products India Ltd is committed to providing top-notch services while adhering to the highest standards of legal and other regulations.
