About Asi Industries Ltd

Rajasthan Associated Stone Industries (ASIL) is an old unit involved in mining and polishing Kotah stone, found only in Rajasthan's Kotah district. The company has a commendable track record with consistent dividends and bonuses since its first year of operation in 1945-46. ASIL has access to 10 sq km of leased plots, with one being fully mechanized. In 1995, they successfully amalgamated the 100 EoU Prerna SyntexPlant, enabling them to diversify into textiles. During the 19992000 financial year, the company secured approval for Non-Resident Indian(NRI) investment for equity shares. They have plans to import Quantum Clearer and furnace oil-based captive power plant machines to reduce the cost of production and ensure high quality yarn.
