Antariksh Industries Limited is a public limited company incorporated on October 1st, 1974 and is primarily engaged in real estate trading activities. In April 2015, the shareholders of the company approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 3 new equity shares for every existing equity share of Rs. 10/-and these bonus shares were listed and traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 2017, shareholders of the company changed its name from Chanakya Investments Limited to Antariksh Industries Limited and during the year 2019, one share was traded on the BSE Limited with a market price of Rs.1.17. Currently, the market size of the company consists of 200,000 equity shares of Rs. 234,000.
