Ambica Agarbathies Aroma Industries Limited is an Indiabased company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of agarbathies. The Company focuses on agarbathies and aroma industries. The Company operates through four divisions: agarbathi division hotel division windmill division and construction division. The Companys products include durbar bathies incense sticks herbal bathies natural incense and dhoops and cones. The Company also has a range of customized products. Ambica Agarbathies Aroma Industries Limited was founded in 1946 and is based in Eluru India. The companys factories are established at Eluru Hyderabad Rajam and Adoni in Andhra Pradesh with a total builtup area of 300000 sq. ft. It has more than 500 active dealers operating at various places globally. The company has an equity base of 135 million.During the fiscal year ended March 31 2010 fiscal 2010 the Company had production of 1144.191 million Ambica scented bathies. The Company has factories established at Eluru Andhra Pradesh. The Companys subsidiary is Ambica Infra Ventures P Ltd. During fiscal 2010 the Company had entered into a license agreement with Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation for construction of commercial complex at Dwarakanagar bus station Vizag on extension of time basis for 30 years..
