About ADC India Communications Ltd

Krone Communications was established in 1988, jointly promoted by Krone Germany holding a 51% equity stake, and remaining partners Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation and M L Thukral and his associates. They manufacture and supply telephone connectors, back panel connectors and allied products for use in telecommunication cable networks and commercial/industrial cabling systems. KCL has improved immensely in 10 years, successfully delivering 2.3 million lines through various technologies such as Siemens, Ericsson's and Alcatel's. The company acquired the GenTek Group in 1999, improving their already strong industry presence. The introduction of the high end TrueNet cabling system and the LSA NT high density MDF saw incredibly well received and ordered. The company is now launching a new German design of the NT module product to enter the Indian market in April 2003.
