EPF Claim Status

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is a savings scheme intended to help employees create wealth for their retirement expenses. An employee working in the government or private sector can enjoy long-term EPF benefits after their retirement.

A fixed amount is deducted from your salary every month by your employer alongside their additional deposit in your EPF account, which earns you interest, which you can withdraw for your post-retirement plans. The minimum contribution by an employee and employer is 12% of the employee’s monthly salary.

Any employee can check and verify the claim’s status after requesting to withdraw their EPF scheme money. The employee can withdraw or transfer the EPF claims offline or in online mode as withdrawing funds and checking the status has become easy and smooth thanks to the UAN (Universal Account Number).
