What is Stagflation?

Since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine war and an ever-increasing inflation rate, people all over the world have started discussing stagflation. You would have read it in the news and heard about it on social media too. Economists across geographies have warned that imminent stagflation that could dampen economic growth. 

Falling economic growth (GDP) along with rising inflation can be termed stagflation.
