Step 1: Visit NVSP's official website https://www.nvsp.in/ or the Voters' Service Portal https://voters.eci.gov.in/. You will see 'Login' & 'Sign-Up' on your right.

Step 2: If you are registered: Just enter your mobile number, password and captcha code and click on 'Request OTP' to log in to your account.

If you are not registered: Click on 'Sign-Up' and enter your mobile number and the Captcha code. Press on 'Continue.' 

Now, type down your name and password and select the 'Request OTP' option.

Enter the one-time password sent to your mobile number to complete the Sign-Up process on the Voter's portal.
