It operates the Minas Gerais Lithium project that consists of 85 mineral rights covering an area of 468 square kilometers located in northeastern Minas Gerais, Brazil; and Northeastern Brazil Lithium project covering an area of 71 square kilometers located in the States of Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, and Tocantins. The company is also involved in the exploration and development of mineral rights relating to minerals, such as rare earths, copper, titanium, graphite, nickel, iron, gold, and quartzite. The company was formerly known as Brazil Minerals, Inc. and changed its name to Atlas Lithium Corporation in October 2022. Atlas Lithium Corporation was founded in 2011 and is based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
