In 1999, WHL entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Hincon Holdings Pvt Ltd., IHP Finvest Pvt Ltd. and Carina Finvest Pvt. Ltd., resulting in a reduction of the net worth of Rs.498.26 lacs.
