About Varvee Global Ltd

Aarvee Denims Exports, formerly Amtex India, was incorporated as a private limited company in 1988 and was converted into a public limited company in April 1992. With a yarn dyeing capacity of 21.6 million meters per annum and weaving capacity of 7.02 million meters, the company manufactures and sells indigo denim fabrics. The company made a public issue in 1992 to finance expansion program and increase capacity to 81.6 million meters per annum of yarn dyeing and 41.68 million meters per annum of weaving, along with the manufacture of quality denim fabrics. The company further diversified into open-end spinning unit in 1995 and set up a subsidiary, Pee Vee Synthetics, to handle exports. During 1998-99, 24 high speed Tsudakoma airjet looms were added along with an expansion of spinning capacity to 7441 TPA. Further, additional looms were installed to increase production by 35-40% in the year 2000-2001. With its decades of expertise, Aarvee Denims exports have established itself as one of the premier names in the denim fabric industry.
