About Summit Securities Ltd

Summit Securities Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in India. Established in 1945 and previously known as KEC Infrastructures, the company changed its name in 2006. It transfers its power transmission business to KEC International and got the name of Summit Securities. As of March 31st 2011, it had two subsidiaries- Instant Holdings Limited and Sudarshan Electronics T.V. Limited- and two step-down subsidiaries - Idea Tracom Private Limited and Goodhope Sales Private Limited. Summit Securities' main source of income is the dividends received from its investments. It also owns immovable property in Mumbai that was sold for Rs. 91,222,000 in 2007. The company's assets also include land located in Mumbai and investments in its subsidiary, KEC Holdings, as well as in CEAT, RPG Harrisons and Malayalam.
