About Steelcast Ltd

Steelcast Limited, founded by the late F P Tamboli of Jamnagar Gujarat in 1972, was originally called Steelcast Bhavnagar Pvt Ltd. It is an expert in Castings Manufacturing with a production capacity of 4500 tonnes per annum. Steelcast's products catalogue includes varying grades of austenitic manganese steel, carbon steel, low/high alloy steel and high chromium ferrous alloys. Through a technical association with Kurimoto, the company produces specialized wear and abrasion-resistant ferrous castings. Steelcast provides its goods and services to renowned clients like Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Northern Coalfields, Kesoram Cement, NMDC, Raasi Cement, BEML and BHEL. In 1996, RW TUV Germany certified Steelcast for Quality Standards ISO 9002.
