About Starlineps Enterprises Ltd

StarlinePS Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Starline Precious Stone Limited and Pure Giftcarat Limited, was incorporated in April 26 2011. In an Annual General Meeting held on 30th November 2020, shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company name. The Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation to the Company on 7th December 2020. Operating mainly in Surat, the Company carries out diamond and jewellery trading. The product sources include domestic primary and secondary suppliers, which are then sold to customers spread both within India and internationally. These customers include jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, and department store chains and retail stores.
