About Shukra Bullions Ltd

Shukra Bullions Limited, previously known as Shukra Capitals Limited, was founded in 1995 as a public limited company. The company is involved in the manufacturing of diamond studded gold jewellery and trading of cut and polished diamond and is run by the main promoter Shri Chandrakant H. Shah. It has developed land, building, plant and machinery in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Surat, Gujarat used for the manufacturing and export of its polished diamonds and gold jewellery. As of March 31, 2013, it had an issued subscribed and paid up capital of Rs 5,015 Million which was divided into 5015300 equity shares of Rs 10 each. In 2016, the company shifted its registered office from Chirag Industrial Complex Golden Industrial Estate in Daman to Panchratna Opera House in Mumbai.
