About Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Ltd

Lypsa Gems and Jewellery Limited was incorporated in 1995 under the name Maloo Polymers Limited and was listed in Ahmedabad Stock Exchange 2 years later. In 2008, it was taken over by Mr. Dipan Patwa and Mr. Manish Janani and the name changed to Maloo Gems and Jewellery Ltd. in 2010. The company's name changed again in March 2012 to its current name - Lypsa Gems and Jewellery Limited. The company's primary business includes Diamond Manufacturing, trading, imports, and exports. In 2014, the company launched a bonus issue in a 1:2 ratio and also launched the E-commerce B2B platform sorteddiamonds.com. This was a major milestone for the company which has since seen further success in the industry.
