Prataap Snacks Limited (PSL) is a leading Indian Snack Foods Company, offering multiple variants of products across categories of Potato Chips, Extruded Snacks, Namkeen, and traditional Indian snacks under the Yellow Diamond brand. The company recently launched a range of sweet snacks under the Rich Feast brand and has a wide presence in 27 states, with 235 super stockists and more than 3500 distributors. The company was incorporated in 2009 with the headquarter operating from Indore. It runs 9 manufacturing facilities, 3 of which are owned and 6 which are contract manufacturing based. It is present across all markets, including metro cities, urban clusters, and even rural Tier 2 & 3 cities and towns. PSL has earned ISO 22000:2005 certification, and has also received investments of Rs 110 crore, from Sequoia Capital.

Moreover, Prataap Snacks Limited entered a new category of sweet snacks in 2017 with the launch of Yum Pie, a 100% vegetarian product priced at Rs 5. Further, in 2018, the company entered into a contract for third-party manufacturing, aiming to increase its capacity. The same year, it celebrated achieving a turnover of Rs 1000 crore for the first time. Finally, the acquisition of 80% equity stake in Avadh Snacks Private Limited has resulted in a balanced portfolio with a mix of national and regional flavours and variants, as well as a significant synergy in distribution across Gujarat and neighbouring markets.
