About One Point One Solutions Ltd

One Point One Solutions Limited is a public limited company that was originally incorporated as a private limited company in May 2008 under the name ‘DSA Learning Systems Private Limited’. The company has been rebranded as One Point One Solutions Limited in October 2017, when it was converted into a public limited company. Initially, Asha R. Saboo, Shantilal L. Salecha and Dinesh Jain were subscribers to the Memorandum of Association, with their entire shareholding transferred to Arjun Bhatia and Akashanand Karnik in 2014 in a 66:40 ratio, and further transferred to Akshay Chhabra in 2015. This company is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008 certified provider of Business Process Management services, offering a range of services such as inbound and outbound calls, data management, business analytics and more tailored to various industries such as telecommunications, banking and finance, travel, ecommerce, and manufacturing. Its services also include enrichment of customer relationships, skill development training programs, document management, payment gateway management, order booking management, IVR solutions management, and more. The company is associated with numerous leading companies such as Bharti Airtel Limited, Videocon d2h Limited, and Dish Infra Services Pvt Ltd.
