About Moneyboxx Finance Ltd

Moneyboxx Finance Limited is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that was founded in 1994 as 'Dhanuka Commercial Limited'. With a main focus on consumer lending products, including retail finance, salaried personal loans, business loans and SME lending, the company has gained a positive reputation in the competitive commercial lending market. In 2019, the company successfully changed its name from Dhanuka Commercial Limited to Moneyboxx Finance Limited, as well as obtained a new Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Registration from the RBI. Furthermore, Moneyboxx Capital Private Limited acquired the majority 71.21 shareholding of 10797879 equity shares from the erstwhile promoters, and subsequently applied to BSE for Moneyboxx Capital Private Limited to be classified as a promoter. With their comprehensive range of services and commitment to transparent business dealings, Moneyboxx Finance Limited is poised to provide customers with an unbeatable consumer experience.
