About Purshottam Investofin Ltd

Purshottam Investofin Limited, incorporated in India on 4th November 1988, is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) which is primarily engaged in the business of NBFC NonAccepting Public Deposits. During the financial year 2012-13, the company was restructured as per approved scheme by Delhi High Court. As per the arrangement, the post-merger issued and paid up capital of the Transferee Company (Purshottam Investofin Limited) was reduced from Rs 150298750/ to Rs 30059750/. Moreover, the investment business of Rs 34540000/ was transferred into Catalyst International Limited (Resultant Company) as per the approved restructuring arrangement. The Company further made an allotment of 3277600 equity shares of Rs 10/ fully paid up to the shareholders of the Transferor Companies and in 2019, it took a loan worth Rs 13006429/ from Plus Corporate Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and gave subsequent loans to others. This restructuring allowed the company to make key changes in their registered office and object clause. After the integration and change in their capital structure, the company is in a favourable position to expand and enhance their services.
