About Man Infraconstruction Ltd

Man Infraconstruction Ltd. (MICL) is an Integrated EPC company based out of Mumbai, with over 50 years of experience in port, residential, industrial, and road construction projects across India. MICL entered the Real Estate sector in 2006 and has since built several residential projects in Mumbai and nearby areas. The Company is involved in the businesses of Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) along with Asset Ownership/ Real Estate. With subsidiaries/associates across Mumbai and Pune, it executes construction and real estate projects in these areas. It has also developed projects on a Build Operate Transfer (BOT) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis over the years. In 2022, MICL launched a premium residential project in Vile Parle West Mumbai in association with Shreepati Rise LLP and completed the construction of Aaradhya Signature in Sion West Mumbai. It also wholly acquired Man Realtors and Holdings Private Limited and Man Nirmal Infraconstruction Ltd. in the same year, increasing its capabilities in the real estate industry. During the year 20221-2022, Man Infra has acquired 50 stake in Starcrete, and set up subsidiaries like MICL Builders LLP, MICL Contracts LLP etc. to strengthen its corporate structure.
